Bore Da!  Captain Ferguson’s Company Hope you are all rested from the Ronald Reagan Library event.

Lexington Green 1775 at the Reagan Library 2007, Serjeant Nighswonger takes one down for the King.

 

We had many prospective new members checking out our Company at the Reagan Event, I thank those that got them out and those who talk to them about our fun little hobby, club and Movie Stardom. LOL

 

Anyway Thank you all for you hard work out there, it was one of our best. Could have had some more Fusiliers out there guys, please try to make the next event, we were out numbered 3 to 1 on Saturday.

 

Happy Birthday to Caitlyn Blair of the Nighswonger clan. That was great you brought your friend out , Kristen. Many others brought out new people to.

Some of those who survived the Reagan weekend, Thank you all for working so hard.

Some of you had worked on MAIL CALL last year for History Channel. Well it is finally will air on April 13th Friday night. Don’t miss it “REDCOATS”of the British Army.

On February 18th Captain Mack, Lt Pritchard, Cpl Calkins, Marched in the SAR’s 25th Annual Massing the Colors for George Washington Birthday.

The Crown was represented by the 23rd and 33rd Regiments. The SAR, Washington’s Guard does a great job as always. Huzzah to Don Moran.http://www.sons-of-liberty-sar.org/massing.html

 Regimental News:

Please see The “Fusilier” new letter for April 2007, read it cover to cover. Fix your uniform and equipment as stated in the news letter and the RSM will not rip you a new one at UTR or Saratoga. No guts sticking out between waistcoat and breaches (button the waistcoat to the breaches), gaiters tall and tight (the’re not leggings for Irish dancing), haversack, canteen and cartridge pouch at your waist not you butt!

 

See its high and tight, fix it now, don’t forget waist not butt.

 

Brigade News:

Serjeant Dave Nightwonger shows his new serjeants regimental off to the company. EYES FRONT!

Brigade of the American Revolution:

The Brigade Board has order our Western Regional treasurer to close our western regional bank account.

As of this news letter our unit is no longer members of the BAR as it is at this time. NEWS AT 11

British Brigade:

The new commander of the British Brigade is From the 64th

Brigadier Michael Grenier

Foundation for Early America:

 

Our new organization the Foundation for Early America has been started on February 22nd 2007 (yes that is old George Washington’s B day) with a new bank account and incorporation, more on this new Non-profit Foundation in our next issue of the Cambria News Letter.

 

Saint David’s Day

St David’s Day was held at the Northwoods Inn steak house in La Mirada, I thank everyone that made it a great dinner and the Nighswonger’s for

planning it.

DRILL SCHEDULE:

Drills will be the 2nd and 4th Sundays (some Saturdays) of each month, and will be announced via e-mail or phone. Uniform for drill is the garrison uniform of the day. Start reading your RWFiA manuals again to get fresh on the drill. Get Manual CD’s from  Fus. Jones
